Press Conference on the Steps of City Hall
On Thursday June 11, 2009 @ 3pm JIMMY (rent is too damn high)
McMillan will hold a press conference to explain why he entered the Democratic Primary for MAYOR that will be held on the
15th of September. Jimmy will also give in details why his economic plan and economic development plan is the best
plan for the people in the City of New York
during these difficult economic times. The $800 Billion Dollar Bailout and the $787 Billion Dollar Stimulus and as on June
1, 2009 we the people now own 60% of (GM) General Motors, and because of this investment we are demanding the followings;
- RENT FREEZE
- RENT REDUCTION
- CAP ON RENT
- STUDENT LOANS WAIVED/ FORGIVEN
- FREE COLLEGE TUITION
- NO. FORCLOSURES
- FEDERAL & STATE TAX REDUCTION
- NO. PEOPERTY & WATER TAXES
- MORTGAGE REDUCTION/ WAIVED
We are calling for the termination of:
- Rent Control Board
- Rent Guidelines Board
- Rent Stabilization
Board
Because of the massive discrimination in the City of New York they are apart of along with the following Federal agencies;
- the Federal
National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae)
- the Federal Home Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac)
- U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
- New York City Department of
Housing Preservation and Development (HPD)
- New York State Department lf Housing and Community
Renewal (DHCR)
We will expose the roll they played in the Housing Scheme in the State of New York that played a big part in the collapse of the
financial market on Wall Street. We will also explain the roll all of the above played (a to h) in the building of APARTHIEDS
in the city of Brooklyn New York.
This Housing scheme we uncovered includes the following top elected officials:
- Mayor Mike Bloomberg
- Comptroller: Bill Thompson
- Brooklyn Borough President: Marty Markowitz
We are calling for them to vacate there bid for reelection.
Every City Town and County within the State of New York must be reformed. Not one elected official is worth being an Elected Official there they all are failures.
Note
This campaign
for Public Office this time can be the best campaign ever for the people in the City of New York if the Media would only give us a chance
to be heard. We hope you can attend. We will try to answer all your questions. It will be worth your while.
